Astrantia ‘Star of Beauty’ Masterwort is a brilliant plant with dazzling bloom throughout the summer months. These consist of an umbel smothered in tiny dark magenta flowers which is surrounded by petals of a similar colour, albeit a lighter shade of pink towards the cente, but all seemingly radiate like rays from this centre… A bit like a ‘star’!
The flowers are held high above the mounded green foliage on stems that can reach lengths of 50cm and over! With the right care and maintenance it is possible for a second showing of bloom later in the year.

The plant’s growth rate and size will vary depending on planting position & conditions, and bloom, foliage and interest may vary from photo upon delivery, dependant on season.
